3. Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund for a booked experience, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.

  • If a cancellation is made 24 hours before the class, you will be allowed to reschedule your class, but no refund will be given.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the class start time will not be refunded, and a new reservation will need to be made.
  • The cutoff time is based on the local time at the location of the experience.

4. Class Schedules

Classes are held at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM / 11:30 AM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 AM / 11:30 AM / 1:30 PM / 3:30 PM

Please arrive on time to ensure the full experience. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided for missed classes.

5. Weather Conditions

Lumar Guittard is not responsible for extreme weather conditions or government-imposed restrictions that prevent the practice of surfing in specific areas. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the class but are not liable for cancellations due to weather or legal prohibitions.

6. Marine Life Interaction

Lumar Guittard is not responsible for voluntary or involuntary interactions with marine life in the area, unless there is a specific warning or advisory from local authorities. Students are encouraged to exercise caution and follow the instructor’s guidance during any such interactions.

7. Food and Beverages

Our classes do not include food or beverages. We recommend that students bring their own non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Please ensure that you stay hydrated and have any food you may need during or after the class.

8. Intellectual Property
